A good mix of new and old. That’s how locals often describe the booming community of Timnath, Colorado. It’s an up-and-coming area that’s nestled off of I-25, between Fort Collins, Loveland, and Greeley. It’s also the place where Wonderland Homes is bringing its most innovative and award-winning designs from Denver.
Timnath has long been known for agriculture, farming and its proximity to the Cache La Poudre River. However, the town has committed to expanding while preserving its character. Here are the top highlights:
- Timnath is growing. According to the town, the community will grow 27 square miles in the next 20 years, adding 20,000 new residents.
- Local and big businesses are moving in. From Walmart to small boutiques, residents will find everything they need. This includes the new craft brewery, Timnath Beerwerks. In Old Town, you will also find the Colorado Feed & Grain Public Market and Coffee House. The town is also working on a new Town Center that will include mixed-use retail, office space, and restaurants.
- Outdoor recreation is abundant. From the Timnath Reservoir to community parks, golf courses and trails, the Town has committed to making the community walkable and connected. You can also utilize the Poudre River and Trail for fishing, hiking, and biking.
- Timnath is a great destination just outside of Loveland, Windsor, Greeley, and Fort Collins. This means you have access to a wealth of amenities thanks to I-25. Plus, you’re only a short drive from Denver for work, a night out on the town or to attend Broncos or Rockies games.
