The interest in this community gives us a high level of confidence in the demand for new homes in this submarket.” The move to offer townhomes for the first time in the homebuilder’s 25-year history demonstrates their plan to diversify and add pricing segmentation across Texas and Arizona. “Cardinal Crossing is another example of Gehan Homes’ and Gray Point Homes’ ability to deliver new product to meet the consumers need for more affordable housing. Since transitioning to a wholly owned subsidiary of Sumitomo Forestry of America 3 years ago; we have systematically diversified our product portfolio. Adding 3 new product lines in the past 2 years has afforded us the unique ability to address the real estate market’s biggest challenge in 2019 – affordability”, said John Winniford, CEO of Gehan Homes.  Cardinal Crossing is located less than 2 miles from both I-35 and 130 with easy access to Downtown Austin and Round Rock. The neighborhood is within a 15 minute drive to Dell, The Arboretum and the Domain. Well-appointed floor plans are available ranging from 1,700 SF to 2,100 SF. Pre-selling will begin in the next several weeks and interested buyers are invited visit [Gray Point Homes](https://www.graypointhomes.com/find-your-new-home/austin/cardinal-crossing/?__hstc=186366390.e34ae4de25cc17724c4abd4382bab27e.1684945922552.1690482256924.1690484339373.131&__hssc=186366390.71.1690484339373&__hsfp=207578461) for more information. ##### [Next Post: Wonderland Homes Next Chapter: Timnath, Colorado](https://press.brightlandhomes.com/wonderland-homes-next-chapter-timnath-co) ##### [Previous Post: Wonderland Homes Participates in 2019 Builders for Babies Drive](https://press.brightlandhomes.com/wonderland-homes-participates-in-2019-builders-for-babies-drive) ### Share this: [mailto:?subject=I%20wanted%20to%20share%20this%20great%20website%20with%20you&body=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.brightlandhomes.com%2Ffirst-time-homebuyers-tips](mailto:?subject=I%20wanted%20to%20share%20this%20great%20website%20with%20you&body=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.brightlandhomes.com%2Ffirst-time-homebuyers-tips) ## Let's Help You Find the Perfect Home! ---   ## [![Brightland Homes to Consolidate Under DRB Group](https://press.brightlandhomes.com/hs-fs/hubfs/Oakwood%20Estates_Oleander_xf5.jpg?width=450&name=Oakwood%20Estates_Oleander_xf5.jpg) Brightland Homes to Consolidate Under DRB Group Originally published by DRB Group via PR Newswire | March 28, 2025 April 29, 2025 | 1 minute read](https://press.brightlandhomes.com/brightland-homes-to-consolidate-under-drb-group) ## [![Brightland Homes Shines Bright at the Houston’s Best PRISM Awards](https://press.brightlandhomes.com/hs-fs/hubfs/Colony%20at%20Pinehurst_Latitude_fr.jpg?width=450&name=Colony%20at%20Pinehurst_Latitude_fr.jpg) Brightland Homes Shines Bright at the Houston’s Best PRISM Awards Brightland Homes is proud to announce its outstanding success at the recent Houston’s Best PRISM Awards, hosted by the Greater Houston Builders ...
