Welcome to RainDance, one of Northern Colorado’s newest home communities in Windsor. Wonderland Homes is excited and honored to be building in this new and vibrant master-planned community and plans to offer five new and innovative home designs for people moving to the area.
Windsor is centrally located in the tri-city area. This includes Loveland, Fort Collins, and Greeley.

- A 13-acre park is a perfect place for families to unwind and play. Enjoy a wide-open lawn for events, pick-up games, or picnics. There will also be a pool and lazy river, and nearby 18-hole golf course.
- You can’t beat the proximity to nearby amenities. RainDance is just 2 miles off of I-25. It’s also within a 15-minute drive to Fort Collins, Greeley, and Loveland.
Wonderland will offer detached single-family homes and hopes to have homes available to purchase in late 2019. We are excited to partner with several great local builders, and for all of the amazing things that RainDance has to offer.
