Here you will find the latest updates regarding the progress of land development for the Dillon Pointe community, located near the southeast corner of Dillon Road and Aspen Street in Broomfield, CO:
• Phase 1 Civil work has been completed to date.
• Owner Rep’s met with City and County of Broomfield Engineering / Public Works Team last week to review punch list items and plan to
complete initial acceptances of wet utilities, storm, streets and concrete into warranty.
• Contractors will be working to complete initial punch list items and as-builds for initial acceptances as weather and temperatures allow.
• Development landscape work is on hold due to weather and spring planning / cold overnight temperatures.
• Xcel is currently working through permitting and easement agreements. All gas and electric work on site has not progressed.
