Brightland Homes is expanding its presence in Rutherford County, Tennessee with its acquisition of approximately 68.25 acres in the city of Murfreesboro. The property is located directly south of Rockvale Middle School and Rockvale High school. The site will be developed into a residential community, with the planned name of Riley Farms.
To meet the growing demand for thoughtfully planned housing in the region, Riley Farms will have a maximum of 182 single-family detached homes, consisting of 3 unique series of plans, Cottage, Riverwalk and Estate. Lot sizes will range from 6,000 square feet to over 16,000 square feet. Incorporating a blend of architectural styles, Riley will feature a mixture of front entry, side entry, and alley loaded garages, ensuring visual diversity throughout the neighborhood.
The builder of new homes, plans to open the community for sales in late 2024. Interest has been high for this new neighborhood, due to its proximity to Nashville, renowned schools, and the expansive park system in Murfreesboro.
