The property is located directly south of Rockvale Middle School and Rockvale High school. The site will be developed into a residential community, with the planned name of [Riley Farms.](https://www.brightlandhomes.com/new-homes/tennessee/nashville) To meet the growing demand for thoughtfully planned housing in the region, Riley Farms will have a maximum of 182 single-family detached homes, consisting of 3 unique series of plans, Cottage, Riverwalk and Estate. Lot sizes will range from 6,000 square feet to over 16,000 square feet. Incorporating a blend of architectural styles, Riley will feature a mixture of front entry, side entry, and alley loaded garages, ensuring visual diversity throughout the neighborhood.
