Gehan Homes will join the roster of homebuilders in The Woo dlands Hills, a new development of the Howard Hughes Corp. in Conroe.
The Howard Hughes Corp., parent of The Woodlands Development Co., broke ground on the 2,000-acre community last year. Located west of Interstate 45 along FM 830, 13 miles north of The Woodlands, the community is designed for 20 neighborhood parks and an extensive bike and trail system.
Prices will start in the mid-$200’s. The Grand Opening is scheduled for Spring, 2018.
