Builder Magazine this week unveiled the Builder 100, its annual ranking of the 100 largest home building companies. The Builder 100 list is comprised of both private and public builders and identifies the top home builders in America by annual closings, gross revenue, and rate of change year over year, as well as information about where and what they build.
Dallas-based homebuilder, Gehan Homes was listed as number 36, solidifying its position as one of the top homebuilders in the country. Gehan Homes is further ranked number 16 among private builders across the nation.
Gehan Homes currently builds new homes in over 50 communities in 5 major markets across Texas and Arizona, including Dallas, Austin, Houston, San Antonio and Phoenix. Aggressive development and continued product enhancement were major contributing factors in Gehan Homes’ success. Plans for 2015 include expansion into additional communities, with a focus on homes and neighborhoods that cater to the move-up homebuyer.
