Gehan Homes, the 13th largest private builder and the 29th largest builder in the US, announced today that it has been recognized and awarded by two homebuilders’ associations for industry-specific marketing initiatives.

 The Dallas Builders Association’s McSAM Awards awarded Gehan Homes with the 2022 Best Social Media Campaign. The campaign showcased the company’s new communities across social media channels, allowing home shoppers to easily sign up to its VIP lists for exclusive access to pricing, community details and more.

The Homebuilders’ Association of Central Arizona’s MAME Awards recognized Gehan Homes for the 2022 Best Online Marketing Campaign. This campaign helped the company spread awareness for their “coming soon” communities before their grand opening, allowing home shoppers early access to information and buying opportunities.

 

The McSAM Awards recognize sales and marketing excellence in the homebuilding industry. This year, there were more than 400 entries, and winners were named in 62 categories.

The MAME Awards recognize the use of trends in design, planning and building from a marketing and sales perspective. There were over 200 entries this year, which were reviewed and selected by top industry experts.
