Throughout the month of March, the Red Cross honors donors and volunteers who make the lifesaving mission of the American Red Cross possible. This annual tradition began in 1943, when President Franklin D. Roosevelt issued the first Red Cross Month proclamation.

When COVID-19 struck the world and many pulled back with the uncertainty, Gehan Homes once again stepped up and demonstrated their commitment to local communities by donating $50,000 to the Red Cross. We know that emergencies don’t stop, even during a pandemic, and neither do the needs of our community nor the work of the American Red Cross.
