# Gehan Homes Opens Palazzo at The Bridges in Gilbert

DALLAS--([BUSINESS WIRE](http://www.businesswire.com/news/home/20131001005487/en/Texas-Homebuilder-Gehan-Homes-Continues-Expansion-Arizona#.UtmUaoXnbUY))--Gehan Homes, a Dallas-based homebuilder, announces the grand opening of its third community in Arizona, [Palazzo at The Bridges](https://www.brightlandhomes.com/about-us/press/gehan-homes-opens-palazzo-at-the-bridges-in-gilbert), in the new Bridges at Gilbert master-planned community located at the southeast corner of Higley and Queen Creek roads. Two model homes are open at 3625 E. Cassia Lane in Gilbert, where move-up homebuyers can see the six new Palazzo floor plans and 18 new front elevations that are exclusive to Gehan Homes’ Gilbert community.

 

Homebuyers can choose from 72 homesites with energy-efficient floor plans ranging from 2,397 to 4,312 sq. ft. Each modern home will feature 10-foot ceilings, eight-foot interior doors, maple kitchen cabinetry, granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, great rooms, flex rooms and three-car split or four-car garages with a variety of options, including snail showers, game rooms, pocket offices, media rooms, walk decks and outdoor kitchens. In addition, energy-saving construction, such as R-38 attic insulation and radiant barrier roofing makes owning a Gehan Home a luxurious and smart choice. Architectural styles include Ranch, Spanish and Prairie. Prices start at $349,000.
