Gehan Homes announced their next four communities opening in the Houston area. The homebuilder's rapid expansion is evidence to their continued confidence in the Houston real estate market.

The company is now pre-selling homes from their Journey series of floorplans at Woodridge Forest in Porter, TX and Lago Mar in Texas City. Both communities feature lush landscaping, convenient locations and neighborhood amenities. Prices at Woodridge Forest start at $193,000 and new homes in Lago Mar are priced from $190,000.

Gehan Homes is also offering homes in two additional communities that offer splash pads, trails, green spaces and more. Buyers and Realtors can view decorated new model homes in Cypress at The Grove at Canyon Lakes West or head to Spring to visit The Villages at Harmony. Both communities are priced from the $230s and offer homes from 1,850 square feet to over 3,000 square feet.

Gehan Homes is consistently recognized for exceptional design and quality, with awards that include the 2017 Houzz Customer Service Award, 2017 Texas Association of Builders STAR Award for Builder of the Year, 2018 Houzz Product Award.

“We are excited to bring more homes to the Houston-area’s most desirable communities,” said Christina Lombardo, Director of Marketing. “We have a flawless, well-established reputation in Houston and our continued expansion will offer same level of beautiful design, personalized features and attention to detail that our customers have grown to love and expect.”

The Gehan Homes neighborhoods will include one- and two-story family homes and will offer a wide range of floor plans, each with a selection of options so buyers can personalize their new home.

Gehan Homes is currently ranked the 12th largest private builder in the U.S. with a solid reputation for building the highest quality homes for over 25 years.
