[Home](https://www.brightlandhomes.com) [Press](https://press.brightlandhomes.com) Gehan Homes Named 26th Largest Homebuilder in the US

BUILDER, a publication of Hanley Wood Media, released its exclusive annual rankings of the top home building companies in the US, [the BUILDER 100](https://www.builderonline.com/builder-100/builder-100-list/2020/). Gehan Homes climbed the list in 2020, coming in as the 26 th largest homebuilder in the nation. Gehan Homes additionally ranked as the 10th largest privately-owned homebuilder listed. These are the highest rankings achieved in the company’s history, a testament to the company’s focus on increased market share and aggressive revenue goals.

The BUILDER 100 is based on a comprehensive survey of home building companies and is ranked by annual home closings, for the previous year. In 2019, Gehan Homes closed a total of 2,420 [new homes in Austin](https://www.gehanhomes.com/new-homes/texas/austin?__hstc=186366390.e34ae4de25cc17724c4abd4382bab27e.1684945922552.1690482256924.1690484339373.131&__hssc=186366390.57.1690484339373&__hsfp=207578461), [Dallas](https://www.gehanhomes.com/new-homes/texas/dallas-fort-worth?__hstc=186366390.e34ae4de25cc17724c4abd4382bab27e.1684945922552.1690482256924.1690484339373.131&__hssc=186366390.57.1690484339373&__hsfp=207578461), [San Antonio](https://www.gehanhomes.com/new-homes/texas/san-antonio?__hstc=186366390.e34ae4de25cc17724c4abd4382bab27e.1684945922552.1690482256924.1690484339373.131&__hssc=186366390.57.1690484339373&__hsfp=207578461), [Houston](https://www.gehanhomes.com/new-homes/texas/houston?__hstc=186366390.e34ae4de25cc17724c4abd4382bab27e.1684945922552.1690482256924.1690484339373.131&__hssc=186366390.57.1690484339373&__hsfp=207578461) and [Phoenix, Arizona](https://www.gehanhomes.com/new-homes/arizona/phoenix?__hstc=186366390.e34ae4de25cc17724c4abd4382bab27e.1684945922552.1690482256924.1690484339373.131&__hssc=186366390.57.1690484339373&__hsfp=207578461).
