With 3 new models scheduled to open in Austin market before the end of the 1st quarter of 2011, Gehan continues to gain market share at a time when most national home builders are cutting back.   Touting the 2010 Homebuilder of the Year award from the Texas Association of Home Builders, Gehan will unveil its new Executive Series at the Ridge at Alta Vista located in the highly desirable community of Lakeway. The Executive Series will start in the $350's with floor plans that will range from 3000 sq ft to 3993 sqft and include standard features and custom finishes that will appeal to even the most selective of buyers.
